Rates & Policies   Prior to confirming a reservation, we want to make sure you understand our policies. Rates: $160 per night, double occupancy, plus 6% hotel tax. Discount for 2 or more nights. $30 more per night for additional guest. A two-night minimum is required for a weekend stay during the spring. No smoking. No pets. No children. The full amount of lodging reserves your stay. Due to our size, last minute cancellations give us little time to rebook our cottage. If you have to cancel or change your reservation within 14 days of the reserved date for any reason, you are responsible for the full reservation amount.  If we are able to rebook the cottage, you will be refunded less a $25 rebooking fee per night. Any cancellation or change after the reservation is made is subject to a $25 rebooking fee per night. Check-in is 3-6 pm. (Special arrangements can be made for late arrivals.) Check-out is 11 am.
